Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding: Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process. This includes
    • Document verification
    • Co-ordination with MSSL/ SP
    • Conducting checks to ensure that contracts/ agreements are in accordance to company policy
    • Contractual obligations in contracts are captured in downstream systems
  • Manage customer off-boarding
  • Handle and resolve customer interactions:
    • Serve as the main point of contact for customers seeking assistance over all contact mediums. E.g. Emails, calls, messaging, social media etc.
    • Work with Service Partners to provide assistance and solutions to customers. E.g. Sales, Finance, Credit Control.
    • Route/ resolve inquiries and issues effectively and accurately. 
    • Handle sales and product enquiries: Educate potential customers about the organization's products and services, convert leads into sales. 
    • Process customer forms (e.g. GIRO)
    • General administrative tasks (e.g. submission of team invoices)

Requirements

  • Diploma and/ or 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • General technical knowledge and hands-on experience with various OS platforms (e.g. MS Windows, Mac OS X)
  • Self-starter, with a track record of dependability and honoring commitments
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers
  • Keen problem solver who connects with individuals during each interaction
  • Attention to details while being able to multi-task effectively
