- Job Description
Job Description / Responsibilities may include the following:
- Payroll and Employee Management
- Management of Accounts Payable / Receivables Functions (i.e. creation of Quotations, Invoices, Issuance Payments)
- Updating of Accounting System / Excels on Payments (Monthly GIRO, Cash/Cheque Purchases) and Sales Receipts
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger Adjustments
- Process Improvements and Other Administrative Tasks as assigned
