Job Description

As a leads generator coming on board, we require the individual to have high initiative and take on a pro-active approach to assist in the recruitment team specialising in the Banking & Fintech Industry. We would require any individual coming on board to adopt an extreme team player mentality. 


Responsibilities:

  • Taking an active approach to learn about the industry – Banking and Fintech.
  • Proactive business development through warm and cold calls to a portfolio of potential clients to introduce and sell our recruitment services, and thereafter strengthen and manage the client relationship.
  • Adopt suitable search strategies and interviews to reach out to and shortlist a right pool of candidates for clients' selection
  • Ability to speak confidently over the phone to various professionals across the industries.
  • Thinking out of the box to generate leads for our business development efforts and assist the team in sourcing for suitable candidates in order to create talent pipelines for our corporate clients.
  • Be in charge of administrative matters to enable the team to perform at our optimum.


Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University.
  • Positive, motivated and entrepreneurial.
  • Strong advocator of team work
  • Self-motivated and proactive
