Job Description
- Identify and network with client via business relationships; promoting SearchAsia’s services through warm and cold calls and client meetings
- Assess the needs of each particular assignment or client
- Interview and asses candidates ; maintaining long-term relationships
- Managing the client-candidate meeting process through interview to offer stage and beyond
- Headhunting and sourcing of prospective candidates in the market and enter them into our database
Job Requirements
- Possess degree from any discipline
- Naturally curious and has interest in how a successful business works
- Bubbly, persistent, positive and has empathy for people
- Strong values and is an excellent team player
