Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and fast-paced eLearning Developer to support the development of digital learning content. The role involves working with PowerPoint, Articulate Storyline 360, and AI voice tools to produce engaging and high-quality learning materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and format learning content using PowerPoint
- Convert PowerPoint slides into interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360
- Sync voiceover audio with on-screen content
- Use AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs) to generate and integrate narration
- Perform basic audio editing (cutting, timing, syncing)
- Ensure consistency in layout, formatting, and branding
- Conduct self-quality checks (QA) before submission
- Revise content based on feedback within tight timelines
What We Are Looking For
- PowerPoint & Content Development (minimum 2 years of experience)
- Experience in PowerPoint design and content development
- Ability to sync voiceover with slides/content
- Strong sense of layout, alignment, and formatting
- Ability to follow branding guidelines
- Articulate Storyline 360
Familiar with
- Triggers and layers
- Basic variables
- Slide navigation and simple interactions
- AI Tools & Audio (Preferred)
- Familiarity with AI voice tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)

Requirements
- Singaporeans and SPRs are eligible to apply
- Work Location: Strictly office-based (NO remote work is allowed)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
- Contract period: From July 2026 for a minimum period of 3 – 6 months

- Able to perform self-QA before submission
- Able to work efficiently with minimal guidance
- Capable of delivering under tight timelines
- Responsive and able to iterate quickly based on feedback
