Overview
This is an entrepreneurial technology consulting position that challenges the client status quo by helping them re-imagine the art of what is possible using a consultative mindset (not the 80 page PDFs though).

Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Win long term by making clients happier & partners more trusted on our capabilities.
- Responsible for defining and delivering sales strategy in line with the business goals. You build it. You own it. You deliver it.
- Seek out major clients and form meaningful working relationships. We are in this for the long run. Work towards driving true value for the clients even if that means really challenging them OR losing short term benefits for us.
- Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve real life business challenges.
- Design innovative solutions leveraging AI, Machine Learning or any of the latest cutting edge technologies for customers and partners. Deliver high quality solutions in the face of ambiguity.
- Manage thought leadership and influence on driving broader organizational growth.
- Participate at the industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions to make meaningful, genuine presentations that connects people.
- Support the formation of a Go-to-market strategy for new, as well as existing products and assist in the marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Coordinate with existing clients to gather feedback and understand the challenges they face and use this to improve Searce’s service offerings.
Education & Experience
- Successful experience working in a hands-on, fast-paced, creative entrepreneurial environment in a cross-functional capacity.
- You understand cloud beyond SaaS. IaaS. And PaaS. And can clearly articulate a response to 5 level series of questions on ‘what & why’ when it comes to containers & kubernetes.
- Worked in Singapore or surrounding area for 1+ years; and understand the South East Asia market.
- Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration required (MBA preferred). Under Graduation in Engineering (CS/IT would be an advantage)
