We are looking for motivated individuals who are keen in pursuing an internship in recruitment which gives individuals the valuable opportunity to participate in the recruitment process of attracting, sourcing for and screening candidates. Responsibilities:

-Gaining extensive knowledge on the recruitment process

-Drafting job advertisements and postings

-Sourcing for potential candidates

-Selection and screening of candidates

-Organising project management schedules

-Supporting project leader in recruitment projects

-Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

-Keen to learn about the recruitment process

-Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

-Adaptable and analytical

-Self-motivated team player

-Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

-No prior experience needed as training will be provided
