Responsibilities:
- Gaining extensive knowledge on the recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Drafting job advertisements and postings
- Sourcing for potential candidates
- Selection and screening of candidates
- Supporting project leader in recruitment projects
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Keen to learn about recruitment and talent acquisition
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and analytical
- Self-motivated team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- No prior experience needed as training will be provided
