Role Purpose

This position is responsible for business development activities of the organisation and drives the sales growth and development for the company that would increase revenues. You will be responsible for business development activities such as lead generation and telemarketing. You will engage in discussion and identify new business opportunities, up-sell and cross-sell the suite of services to our clients.

You should be someone who enjoys relationship building and are excited with sales growth. You will work with team members and leaders to build new accounts and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients.

What you will learn:

  • Develop new business or revenue opportunities through new client acquisition activities, e.g., gathering leads, generating leads, telemarketing calls, networking, etc.
  • Engage in meaningful discussion with clients and stakeholders.
  • Continue to grow the accounts you acquired with the collaboration of other team members.

Who are we looking for:

  • Diploma/Bachelors’ Degree or a Professional Certification in any field
  • Good communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent phone skills and enjoy calling/interacting.
  • Enjoy relationship building.
  • Results-oriented and disciplined.
