Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing, and onboarding duties.
• To engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
• Assist in interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates.
• To Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.

Requirements:

• A Level / Diploma / Degree in any field
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
