Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the full cycle of recruitment, including attraction, selection, offering, closing, and onboarding duties.
- To engage in candidate sourcing activities, such as publishing job advertisements and conducting candidate referrals, to ensure a consistent supply of candidates to meet client's needs.
- Manage internal and external stakeholders and clients on their hiring needs.
- Assist in interviews for potential candidates and profile suitable candidates.
- To Initiate a range of business development and marketing activities to build new corporate clients and grow your own client portfolio.
Requirements:
- A Level / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
- Strong team-working and interpersonal skills
- People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships
- Positive and self-motivated.
