The Role
As the Treasury Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in managing financial related risks and factors. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Controller and gain valuable insights and skills through your course of work. 2021 is an exciting year for SCI E-Commerce as the company plans to IPO by the end of the year. Therefore, this role will allow you to be involved with the processes of preparing a company for IPO. Your interest and adaptability in the fast-paced e-commerce environment will also differentiate you in your long-term career.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Monitoring and overseeing the payment and treasury functions, including daily payment review & approval, fund transfer, month-end closing, monthly management reporting, and annual statutory reporting
- Support the company’s in its IPO activities and processes
- Liquidity and cash management, forecast cash flow positions, optimize the use of regional multi-currency cash pool
- Ensure compliance of liquidity risk management policy and other applicable risk management framework
- Support the company’s fundraising and bank credit lines/facilities
- Maintain and build a positive long-term partnership/relationship with bankers
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned
Who We Look For – The Ideal Profile:
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or any finance-related discipline
- Fresh graduates with a positive attitude and interest are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in Risk-Based Capital (RBC) is preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
Strong data analysis skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
