JOB REQUIREMENT
This Intern will be assigned to Senior Automation / Operation Technology Engineer and support his daily job, include 3 major projects and other ad-hoc jobs.
1) Support on PLC Retrofit (AB PLC convert to Siemens)–
- Support on PLC tags creations – i.e. – create proper documentations for PLC IO tags list , testing, build up better projects database record for future debugging work.
- Convert German/ Czech language of PLC programs and tags to English
2) Support on PLC migration to upgrade obsolete Siemens PLC to new Siemens PLC -
- Support on PLC tags creations – i.e. – create proper documentations for PLC IO tags list , testing, build up better projects database record for future debugging work.
- Convert German/ Czech language of PLC programs and tags to English
3) Support on Smart Sensor (Keyence) testing, evaluation, configuration with PLC, data collection. (work with global team)
Other works when require – Production SCADA/ PLC/Data Collection system minor modifications and effect it at dashboard AND other requirements by Schott Management.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS
- Basic knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Keyence, Allen‑Bradley…)
- Strong problem-solver and creative thinker
- Good project management skills
- Meticulous, attention to detail
- Highly motivated and self-driven player
