Position Overview:
As an SEO Intern/Staff, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website. Working closely with our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to learn and apply various SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings and increase visibility across key search engines.
Job Description
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-traffic keywords.
- Optimize website content, including website pages, blog posts, and product descriptions, for targeted keywords.
- Implement on-page SEO techniques such as meta tag optimization, URL structure optimization, and internal linking.
- Assist in the development and execution of off-page SEO strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Generate and analyze SEO reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and search engine algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with overall marketing objectives.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
