SBRF – Track and Trace Intern

SBRF main business encompasses meat processing and manufacturing of branded food products for distribution across wholesale, food service and retails.

Summary: (What is the purpose or function of this position?)

• Track & Trace Agent provides shipment status and flow for all the customers, internal and external in a timely and efficient manner. Always assure to provide a quality service in compliance with all the current applicable regulations and laws, procedures and company policies.

Responsibilities: (Basic tasks / duties of this position)

• Executes the daily plan by carrying out track and trace activities in support of on time delivery of shipments.
• Track and Trace all shipments from the point of dispatched on through final delivery
• Updates and enters operational data within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Coordinates and communicates operational requests for shipments, status, and other ad hoc requests for execution with external and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with team members and communicates relevant information to leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Develop a continuous growth in regards of responsibility and productivity.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: (What will it take to be successful in this role?)

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field
• Must possess excellent oral (phone) and written (email) communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Digital approach
• Must possess ability to balance several different tasks at the same time
• Working knowledge of MS Windows applications and MS Office software

Work Hours: Monday to Friday : 09am to 6pm

 Saturday: 9am to 12pm
