Job Description

Corporate development: 

  • Prepare data books for analysing financial and operational results of potential merger & acquisition (M&A) targets
  • Assist to identify key trends and assess the performances of M&A targets
  • Perform research and analysis on databases and publicly available sources on the competitive landscapes and industries of M&A targets
  • Assist to develop financial models for valuation and internal management analyses
  • Assist to prepare investment cases and discussion papers
  • Prepare minutes of meetings and discussions
  • Assist with the deal process, including financial and legal due diligence and related transaction advisory work

 

Post-acquisition integration and monitoring:

  • Assist in post-acquisition integration process
  • Assist with periodic management review and analysis on financial and operational results of acquired targets

 

Others: 

  • Assist with other financial or operational analysis required by the Associate Director, Corporate Strategy
