SaveTech Solutions Pte Ltd – Software Sales Intern

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Sales Intern to join our team for a 3-month program. This internship offers hands-on experience in various facets of the sales process, including prospecting, conducting sales appointments, and providing after-sales service. The role is designed to provide exposure to the dynamic field of technical sales within the software industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting

• Research and identify potential SME clients across industries, sectors, and location
•  Generate leads through various methods: cold calling, door knocking, LinkedIn, and online directories
• Support the creation of a robust sales pipeline with up-to-date and relevant data
• 
  

* Sales Appointments

• Assist in scheduling and attending meetings with prospective clients
• Learn how to present software solutions, handle inquiries, and contribute during sales conversations
• 
  

* After-Sales Service

• Support customer satisfaction and onboarding after deals are closed
• Assist in handling minor technical issues and maintaining positive client relationships
• 
  

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related program from a local institute of higher learning
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Eagerness to learn, with a proactive and can-do attitude
