- Job Description
As our Software Product Management Intern, you will assist in crafting digital solutions for their clients, many whom are leaders of their industry and looking for a full-fledged digital transformation. You will be working alongside the Savant Degrees’ Engineering and Innovation team from the very start; from gathering Client’s business requirements for the digital solution; to translating the requirements into actual digital product features; to creating functional specification documents and manuals; participating in UAT, integration and the life-cycle of the software; as well as acting as the main communication bridge between the Engineering Team and the client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible (with Digital Solution’s Manager’s guidance) for software business requirements gathering (BRD) including assessing and highlighting all technical/IT requirements
- Assess IT security protocols are followed using tools for performance/load testing, and vulnerability scanning
- Be involved in software product development cycle from start to launch
- Assist in implementing tools into existing project systems such as Kibana, Katalon, and Logrocket
- Support engineering team to develop the software solution, from software task creation, to technical documentation, and QA testing
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help our development team with code development for bugs identified (depending on the software, could be Groovy/Stripes for applications; or HTML5/Javascript for front-end)
- Assist to plan and optimise budget, timeline and team, and secure resources.
- Develop software documentations – Software Business Requirements Document, Functional Specifications (FSD), Technical workflows, UAT Documents, IT Security Documentations etc
