Job Description
- Handle full spectrum of sales related administrative and coordination duties
- Handle sales/ operation documentation
- Provide after sales support
- Handle customer enquiry
- Prepare sales quotation
- Prepare cold call list and assist to look for new customers
- Maintain proper filing system
Requirements
- PC literate and proficiency in MS office
- Good learning attitude
- Able to handle queries with good attitude and patience
- Able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Possess strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum supervision
- Mon to Fri 9am – 6pm, Alternate Sat 9am to 1pm.
