An opportunity has arisen to be part of SaladStop!’s Business Analytical Team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with analysis, management and coordination of SaladStop!’s online operations - E-commerce and 3rd party platforms.
- Assist with menu management for point of sales interfaces and a variety of online sales platforms
- Support in regular performance reports, dashboards, modelling and presentations across a wide range of sales platforms
- Assist in providing senior management and the operations team with actionable insights through in depth analysis of sales and customer data.
- Support management and performance of customer relationships via SaladStop!’s loyalty program
Requirements:
- Strong familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and data visualization (advanced user is an advantage)
- Possess hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured logical thinking as well as attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and communicative, energetic and proactive in handling tasks.
- Think outside the box and challenge existing processes to further increase our reporting and operational efficiency.
