Key tasks and responsibilities include assisting the Finance team in the following areas:
• Issuing of Purchase orders, updating of invoices, debit and credit notes and expense claims.
• Keying of monthly journals and payments.
• Updating of Balance Sheet schedules and expense reports.
• Updating of GST reports.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and cash flow forecast.
• Filing of documents and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Skills Required:
• Well organised, numerate with a good eye for detail
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Good computer skills, especially MS Excel and MS Words
• A team player with experience working in Finance Department would be an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting, Epicor and Proactis application would be useful
