Clinic Assistants needed at clinic

Applicants must be willing to work shifts and weekends

Clinic operating Hours

Monday to Friday

Morning: 9am to 12pm

Afternoon: 2pm to 4:30pm

Evening: 7pm to 9pm

Saturdays and Sundays: Morning shift only (operstional timing same as above)

Closed on PH

All applicants MUST be able to speak BOTH English and Mandarin as the clinic has mostly Mandarin and dialect speaking patients.

Applicant has to be living around Hougang which is near the clinic in the event ad-hoc help is needed.

Female and Singaporeans only. 

Manage registration of patients, handling cashiering duties, dispensing of Medications, booking of appointments for patients, and handling walk in and phone enquiries.

Basic admin duties such as keeping stock of Medications, updating appointment lists, etc.
