Service Crew (Fine Dining)(Bugis)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteos service
- Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries
- Greet and direct guests to available tables
- Record orders and serve orders, comfortable with handling alcoholic beverages when needed Input orders into POS system
- Maintain a clean, neat and safe environment
- Able to communicate effectivtly with team members and guests
- Other Ah-hoc duties as assigned
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Transport Allowance
- Night Shift Allowance
- Staff Meal provided
- 6 days work week, 9 hours per shift
