Location: Seletar, Singapore

At Rolls-Royce we are proud to be a business that has truly helped to shape the modern world and are committed to always being a force for progress; powering, protecting and connecting people everywhere.

By joining Rolls-Royce in an Emerging Talent Programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work on world-class solutions, supported by a culture that champions belonging, creativity, and your professional growth.

Position summary:

  • You'll be part of an exciting internship in the Customer Operations space, where you'll engage directly with customers, manage cases, and support the programme management of customer projects. This role is key to driving operational excellence and supporting our Services teams in delivering core business activities across the region.
  • What you’ll be doing:
  • Executing service delivery tasks within the region, either within a specific focus area (e.g. entry into service (EIS) readiness, a particular engine team, or bespoke availability service) or across multiple engine teams and service lines
  • Taking direction from regional services management while independently prioritising tasks based on safety, contractual obligations, and availability assurance
  • Supporting the delivery of EIS activities for new and transitioned fleets to ensure seamless operational readiness for customers
  • Contributing to customer account meetings by providing relevant, standardised operational content, aligned with account segmentation cadence
  • Operating in a customer-facing capacity, without being directly customer-aligned

Who we’re looking for:

  • Students studying Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Materials, etc.)
  • A clear drive for delivering results
  • Strong IT skills, with experience using Excel and Power BI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Some programme management experience is preferred
  • A strong team player – teamwork is essential

Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.

What we offer:

  • A dynamic and challenging work environment
  • A company committed to developing you personally and professionally
  • Responsibility from day one in a fast growing and global company

Our vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future. Our multi-year transformation programme aims to turn Rolls-Royce into a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing company. Join us, and it can be your future vision too.

Rolls-Royce is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any protected characteristics.
