• Assist in final audit, AR confirmation & draft FS.
• Retrieve & check supporting documents from SAP, prepare AR confirmation letters & fill in template for draft FS.
• Assist in checking & calculation of extended warranty for year-end closing.
• Check database for projects that SAT closed without open points, start & end of warranty.
• Calculate the provision for extended warranty to be reversed using excel for year-end closing.
• Assist in country specific risk provision (GCSP) for year-end closing.
• Check & calculate how much to provide using excel for year-end closing.
• Prepare MB5B listing for auditor
• Stock schedule for all locations & WIP
• KVBI YTD report
• Ensure provision of PGI is enough
• Assist check on SO with fully invoiced
• Intercompany listing for auditor (RSTMY)
• Disclose in FS draft account
• Government statistics survey
• Fill up EDB Annual survey, EDB monthly operating receipt survey, EDB monthly manufacturing ,Singapore Statistics Survey, Foreign Debt & Financial Derivative Survey
• Involve in physical stock take at Loyang
• Toolings confirmation
• Prepare confirmation pass to Procurement
