Kopitiam Investment Pte Ltd – Food Technologist

• To conduct regular hygiene audits to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the food safety & hygiene standards at the outlets.
• Investigate food incidents to identify root causes and advise on the corrective actions required.
• Collaborate with the food authorities to keep abreast of regulatory developments and to advance Food Services interest.
• To prepare reports, conduct trend analysis and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related disciplines.
• Preferably with 1 – 2 years working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
• Working knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000 or any Food Safety Management System will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills with the attributes of a team player and a keen eye for details.
• Motivated and results oriented.
• Possess a positive attitude and learning mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Able to perform basic statistical collation with general working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Suites applications.
