Job Description

• Supports the Channel Manager and Financial Controllers to coordinate and manage the Customer Acquisition Projects in the Asia Pacific Southeast region
• Main tasks includes:
• Consolidating all customer projects and sales data across the regions
• Preparing monthly reports and analysis to management to be used to support sales strategies and forecasting exercises 
• Provide quarterly reports and analysis of attrition in sales for the region and for each country within Asia Pacific Southeast.
• Required to review and support various country’s coordinator to ensure accurate analysis
• Facilitate review sessions with the countries on status and performance
• Use of Microsoft PowerBI & Excel for reporting visualization

Requirements

• Mature, motivated, takes initiative, and strong willingness to learn
• Able to work with colleagues within the region with varying level of language proficiencies & having cultural awareness
• Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and other methods of presentations
• Interest & knowledge in automotive industry and developments in Asia Pacific region – is a plus.
• Preferably undergraduate in either Business, Analytics, Marketing, Engineering.
• Fluent in English and able to work in a multinational environment.

Eligibility:

• Applicant should be currently enrolled as a student in university or a tertiary education institute throughout internship period, or having plans to pursue further studies (e.g Masters)
• For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term: You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
