Job Description

Support in Linux Product/Service lifecycle management including product phase-in and phase-outSupport in internal customer communications, follow-ups, newsletters, open-hour sessions, promoting and community management by using low-code/no-code tools / online forms etc. efficient modern tools which increases productivity.Create PowerBI report or dashboards which reflects the status of our phase-out activities, incidents, requests and requirements.Track/monitor ongoing IT activities (e.g. internal customer queries, assisting in status reporting, etc.).Assist in the charging and cost analysis/reporting topics.Facilitating meetings/workshops within the department.

Qualifications

Know-how in product management and agile methodology
Data visualization and data analytics skills (e.g. create and automate PowerBI reports)
Familiar with agile tools including JIRA
Knowledge in Linux is essential, RHEL knowledge is preferred
Basic IT knowledge - knowledge in System Administration and/or Programming (e.g. Python) is a plus
Knowledge in Ansible automation scripting is a plus
Knowledge in DevOps tools like Git, Ansible, vagrant, kubenetes are a plus
Self-driven and possess a keen aptitude for learning new technologies
Result and customer oriented / customer centric
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Major in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent

  • For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:

  • You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.

  • You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

  • The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
