Responsibilities
Support internal sales with all relevant requests
Data and reports generation: Analyst
Support all Asia Pacific (APAC) countries in back order report to Europe
- Support the sales managers of the APAC region with your analyses
- Work on defining business processes for Order to Cash (O2C), customer complaints and enquiries.
- Support in running reports like Potential Billing for Sales Turnover or Back Order Report for Block Stock
Administration
- Assist in preparing of presentation slides
- Assist with organization and planning of customer team meetings and event such as Training and special events
- Support with creation of Customer Survey
- Other administrative tasks, on need basis
Requirements
- You are an advanced student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology & Management or related courses
- Candidates with Data analysis is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Preferably with some experiences in VBA-Programming, Power Business Intelligence and SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing)
- Strong analytical skills, high reliability and entrepreneurial mindset
Eligibility
- Applicant must be enrolled throughout internship period, or plan to pursue further studies
- For foreign students studying in Singapore on Student's Pass, you must fulfill the following requirements to be able to do full-time internship during the school term:
- You are a full-time matriculated or registered student in one of the approved institutions.
- You hold a Student Pass issued by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).
- The internship is under an industrial attachment programme conducted by your university or educational institution. The industrial attachment can be either compulsory or elective but it must contribute towards your graduation requirements.
