Job Description

Primary Role

  1. Assist in stock management such as, picking, packing, receiving, preparing documents and etc
  2. Conduct daily cycle count and monthly stock take
  3. Ensure proper 5s housekeeping of stocks and office cleanliness
  4. Coordinate and tracking with local courier arrangement for daily out-going deliveries
  5. Implement/ improve operations procedures to enhance performances
  6. Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties that may rise or assigned by reporting officer/ management

Secondary Role

  1. Perform general office administrative duties
  2. Sample documents filing
  3. Data entries
  4. Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties that may rise or assigned by reporting officer/ management

Requirements

  1. A Hands on person
  2. Physically Fit
  3. Able to understand and communicate in English 
  4. Computer / Microsoft Literacy
