Job Description
System Process Improvement
- Work closely with ASEAN CUS to identify and analyses business needs to manage order to cash operations
- Support CUS in order processing and managing customer deliveries
- Documentation of process and work flows
- Development of clear KPIs for back order, MTO orders, late deliveries
- Develop monitoring process/database for parts replacement
- Support in developing change request for the identified business gaps
- Identifying issues and risks
- Support customer service team with order expediting
- Develop knowledge elements/work instructions for IAM/OES and export channel
- Develop and create standard reports for customer contact service.
Customer Supply Chain Service Project
- Work on defining business improvement for customer CSI
- Prepare project documentation and monitoring (Dashboard, BW report)
- Establish training modules that can be deployed during the projects, but also interactive web-based for future training
- Develop Bosch connect page for CUS to include training document
- Supporting with communication to internal and external stake-holders
- Drive implementation together with business lead and external provider
Requirement
- Attention to detail
- Programming, database, SAP and SQL skills
- Punctual and reliable to deliver on time
- Able to interpret data in the system
- Advance MS skills
