Temp Customer Service Officer (3 Months / Up to $2580) Ref: Gas

An established global logistics company is looking to expand their team!

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all aspects of customer service including but not limited to processing and packing orders, resolving customer issues, and facilitating returns and exchanges
• Coordinate with suppliers and transport partners for order processing, inventory control, and delivery scheduling to ensure that all deliveries are fulfilled promptly
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
• Other administrative tasks as required

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in relevant customer service experience is advantageous
• Proficient in MS Office
