We're a small fun team that's growing quickly, and our Graduate Internship is designed for tertiary students in Singapore who want to fast-track their career in Project Management and QA. Where better to learn than a startup, right?
Project Management / QA Intern (Moving To Full Time)
We're looking for candidates who can think on their feet, self-starters and who will take the initiative to develop and grow beyond their comfort zones. We're not going to lie - Riverview is fast paced, and we want interns who are able to match our speed and keep up with the ever-changing marketing tech space. Couch potatoes need not apply as we believe in real work and not just having Interns push paper around- however, ideal candidates, continue reading:
- Singaporeans and PR preferred
- Diploma or degree or no degree - doesn't matter to us, ability to demonstrate skills is key
- Previous project management experience welcomed but not necessary
- Working knowledge of software and mobile app development process a plus
- Are comfortable being client-facing and can hold a conversation
- Are strong communicators and have excellent writing skills
- Have some technical experience (if you know what an API is, you're halfway there)
(Don't know what an API is? Being able to find the answer is one essential skill you'll need at Riverview!)
- Must be able to demonstrate experience
- Must be resourceful and have good people skills
- Are unafraid of a challenge, and can adapt to new environments quickly
- Attention to detail is a must
- Ability to think laterally and look at a problem from all angles a plus
- Ability to foresee risks, predict potential issues and highlight them to management in a timely fashion
What should you expect?
- Be client-facing: speak to clients, troubleshoot and problem-solve with the team
- Present great new ideas for developing client relationships
- Creating and updating SOP guidelines
- This internship provides potential conversion to full time career
