Job Description

Supply Chain Management Intern (3-6 Months)

  • Daily reconciliation of inventory for both SAP & WMS system
  • Process the receipt of goods movement and goods issuance through system and prepare the related documents accordingly
  • Indicates suspended transactions, errors & inventory variances and assist to Investigate with supervisor
  • Liaise with customer on their inquiries and the delivery status
  • Participate in project management and assist to identify cost saving opportunity
  • Prepare weekly / monthly data for analysis and improvement purpose
  • Comply with standards and processes that are put in place to execute the tasks above
  • Assist with the internal process improvements

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
  • Basic knowledge in using MS Office.
  • Merticulous on assisting supervisor to prepare report.
