Reebelo is looking for a hands-on Head of Business Development for our new Fintech Division (Renting, Consumer Lending) with solid track record in the Fintech space. You have the chance to be one our first team-members, will work together directly with the founders and be responsible for building our Fintech vertical which empowers customers to buy & lease electronics. Join our mission to disrupt consumer tech in APAC:
Build out Reebelo’s fintech vertical (incl. pay later purchase, renting, insurance) from scratch together with Reebelo’s Founders & Advisors (who successfully built the same model abroad in the past)
Be responsible to define and execute the go-to-market strategy
Supervise & optimize the launch of credit scoring
Identify the key terms necessary to make Reebelo’s renting unit scalable
Scale existing business development initiatives of our marketplace model
Be on the front-line at our expansion into new markets across APAC

Your background
You are motivated to learn something new in marketing and have a hands-on startup atitude? Great, that’s what we are looking for:
Highly motivated and ambitious candidate with start-up attitude/experience
Business background with relevant Fintech experience
Based in Singapore, business fluent in English
Master’s degree or equivalent education
Successful experience in building businesses (hands-on + leadership skills)
A solid team-player who will grow and develop a team to excel beyond their comfort zones
