We are looking for interns who are interested in opportunities to:
· Learn and sharpen customer service skills; inclusive of telephone etiquette, handling customer queries, handling feedback from customers, complaint management.
· Learn sales skills; negotiation and persuasion for closing of sales, preparation of sales proposal.
· Learn scheduling and coordination of daily schedule and workflow of operations team.
· Scheduling of appointments for operation team on daily basis.
· Coordination between customers and operation team to ensure work are done accordingly.
· Preparation of documents for customers, inclusive of sales quotation.
· Handling customer queries via email and telephone.
Requirements:
· Able to commit for 3-4 months of internship
· Start immediately or with short notice
