Remnant Holdings Pte Ltd – Operations Executive

Remnant Holdings was established in 2001.  The company owns and manages various outlets of Subway franchise restaurants across the island. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the overall operations of all restaurants under our management.
• Actively involved in the day to day running of the restaurant operations
• Work closely with the management and ensure collaboration across assigned restaurants in the continuing effort to deliver outstanding quality and customer service.
• Ensure strict compliance with all standard operating procedures, hygiene and safety legislation and requirements
• Reviewing business plans and performance in line with budgetary control to meet company's goals and objectives.
• Maximize restaurant sales and profitability
• To undertake ad hoc operational projects and matters.

Job Requirements

• Working Location - Across Singapore
• Working hours - 6 days work week (Able to work on weekends and public holidays)
• Qualification - Diploma and above in relevant field
• Someone who can roll up their sleeves with can do attitude
• Possess a high level of professional customer service attitude and a strong focus on customer needs
• Possess strong administrative skills and follow up
