Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Understanding & liaising client's requirements for potential order.
- Attending to all relevant administration & documentation for projects.
- Liaising with vendors & production team on potential order to coordinate & manage the timeline of projects.
- Outsource & purchase third party processes.
- Prepare, review, validate quotations & purchase order.
- Ensuring quality of supply chain & management of logistics.
- Support ad-hoc project & duties assigned.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in spoken & written English.
- Proficient in spoken Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
- Meticulous & have a keen eye for details.
- Able to multitask & meet deadlines under pressure.
- Willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft software’s (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Excel).
- Candidates with no experience are welcomed to submit their interest.
- Publishing/Printing knowledge is a plus
