The Reed Pacific Media Project Management Intern will learn on the job by working closely with the Production Team during their intership. The ideal candidate is organized, a good communicator, a problem solver and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Project Management Intern will become efficient in project coordination, process optimization and cross-functional communication.
This position is open to recent graduates (within two years since graduation) and currently enrolled college students at the Junior or Senior level, or in a Master's program. The work location for this job opportunity is Club Street, Singapore. This is a full time temporary position.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Learn to lead successful projects from start to finish.
- Partner with key stakeholders to coordinate creative projects and perfect cross-functional communication skills.
- Assist the Project Management Team on day-to-day tasks, which include:
o Project intake
o Job entry and resource assignments
o Schedule creation
o Project tracking and proper communication with creative team members
o Update status lists and participate in production meetings

WHAT YOU NEED
- Must be currently enrolled in a Degree program at the Junior or Senior level if pursuing a Bachelor's, or in a Master's program, or be a recent graduate (within two years since graduation) to be considered.
- Degree program should be in Marketing, Project Management, or other related major (preferred).
- Must pass a background check as well as a controlled substance and illegal drug screen that meets Company standards before beginning regular employment.
