Job Description
Human Resource Internship (Convertible To Full Time)
- Assist with day to day operation of HR functions and duties
- Compile and update employee records and P-file
- Coordinate meetings and training
- Assist in payroll preparation
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Requirements:
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, entry level candidates from Polytechnic or related fields
- Able to work independently or as a team
- Able to commit for at least 4 months, preferably able to continue as permanent staff if performance is good
- Able to start within a short notice period
- Singaporean/SPR only
