You will be responsible for attracting talents to support our recruitment process, ensuring successful candidate experience and the continuous growth of our company.
Job Descriptions:
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Attracting candidates by job advertisements and briefing candidates about job details
- Conducting career consultations with candidates and handling interview arrangements
- Performing follow-up with both clients’ hiring management and candidates
- Maintaining and updating recruitment databases.
- Perform various additional duties, if needed for the support of recruitment function
Qualifications:
- A good degree from any school of study with 1 – 3 years of experience
- Possess a strong sense of urgency and an orientation for excellence, high level of drive, resourceful and with good prioritization skills
- Customer-centric, process-oriented and effective interpersonal skills
- Creative and highly resourceful
