Job Description

Talent Acquisition Intern (3 – 6 months)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with administrative and support for the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Assist in posting of jobs on recruitment job boards.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews for the by liaising with the business managers and the candidates via phone and email.
  • Keep a record of interview schedules and candidate.
  • Coordinates candidate interviews and travel arrangements.
  • Greets and assists interview candidates to ensure a positive on-site interview experience.
  • Manages the final stages of the recruitment life-cycle process which includes preparation of offer letters, preparing offer packets, and closing candidate records within applicant tracking system.
  • Maintains applicant documents, ensuring that all paperwork has been gathered and that all compliance requirements are met.
  • Conducts Reference Checks, Phone Screens and Sourcing as needed.
  • Assists in coordination of University recruiting and Internship programs.
  • Assist in preparation of offer documents for candidates.

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline
  • No experience needed as training is provided
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Requires excellent oral and written skill with the ability to communicate and interact with diverse group of stakeholders
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Meticulous with an acute attention to details.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks on a priority basis.
