• Look for candidates to be outsourced to clients from reputable organisation
• Attend to incoming phone calls and email applications from potential candidates and job-seekers for jobs
• Collate outstanding positions from internal colleagues
• Job-match of positions to suitable candidates
• Call and recommend positions to potential candidates to determine their interests in the job openings
• Interview candidates that have been shortlisted by clients from reputable organisation
• Arrange interview
• Telemart new clients for new orders (i.e. get job descriptions from clients from reputable organisation)
• Simple filing and other administrative duties
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Min GCE 'A' Levels
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• No experience needed, full training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
