Key Responsibilities:
- Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business
- Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience when driving the offer process, onboarding/offboarding
- Build candidate pipelines
- Update the candidate regarding his/ her interview outcome and recruitment process in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively in a team to achieve targets
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource / Social Sciences / Humanities
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous
- A positive attitude with strong drive to succeed, able to thrive in a high growth environment
- Good network with school societies/clubs and CCA records will be an advantage
