Job Description

Recruit Express is the leading flexible staffing solutions group in Singapore, providing tailored & professional service in connecting people to careers.

 

Hired candidates will play a pivotal role in executing various areas of the recruitment front to grow & market the business in Singapore. In this role, you will develop a keen understanding of People to profile & hire Talents for the organisation, and support in employer branding activities on our corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn & Instagram).

 


• Handle the full range of recruitment activities including screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
• Engage innovative tools and technology in line with hiring trends to get the best candidate the quickest way possible
• Assist in company marketing and branding efforts for recruitment purposes via LinkedIn & Instagram
• Work closely with mentor to gain insight about the Talent recruitment and market trends


Job requirements:
• At least Undergraduates/ GCE 'A' Levels;
• People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships;
• Good team player;
• Ability to work independently;
• Confident and effective communicator;
