4 Months Accounting Assistant ($2600 / Month) - Ref: Epf
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Timely AR Billings to corporate client and individual. Check and apply for customers receipts
- Partial AP function such as keying of supplier invoices and handle student refund payment. Ensure purchases and payments adhered to Company`s policy
- Assist in month end closing and audit schedules preparation and grant reconciliation check
- Verification of Sales commission
- Assist in Month end sales report generation
- Ad- hoc duties if any.
Requirements
- Minimum LCCI / ACCA/ Diploma or Degree in Accounting and Finance
- Prior internship / accounting experience preferred
- Accounting system: SAP
- Proficient in Excel
- Immediate candidate
