Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To manage existing customers and to solicit and open new accounts in the Food Service industry (hotels, airlines, restaurants, caterers, fast food chains and other F&B outlets).
  • Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business through identifying and growing new business opportunities.
  • Responsible for selling and servicing corporate and social events. This includes handling all event enquiries, drafting proposals, co-ordinate and follow-up with all events.
  • Key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customers’ needs.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
