Collate outstanding temp or contract positions from internal colleagues
Screen and shortlist the potential candidates through phone and face to face interviews
Arranging and coordinating interviews for clients
Liaising with clients and building relationships with them
Handle general inquiries regarding payroll and HR matters, or direct them to appropriate team member
Keeping abreast with market information, employment trends and industry knowledge so as to provide career advisory services to candidates
Work as part of a team to achieve weekly team goals and objectives
