Job Description

The On-Job Training Mentorship Program:

  • You will be attached to a mentor since Day 1 and s/he will be your pillar of guidance and advice to assist you with your career progression, together with your Team Leader/Manager.
  • Structured in-house training and orientations conducted by senior management.
  • Knowing the grounds – Mentors will accompany you for sales visits to clients’ sites to conduct presentations and negotiation tips, assisting you to build your portfolio of clients’ accounts.
  • Mentorship opportunities abound for your own career progression for the Management Track (building and managing your own team of consultants!)

Daily Job Duties:

  • Provide consultation on employment matters to both Employers and Job Seekers (market sentiments, salary benchmarking,  employment act etc.)
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Screen, evaluate and conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Advise Job Seekers’ career progression, development & new opportunities
