Job Scope:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Source and headhunt candidates across various industries and match them to the right opportunities
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates
- Help candidates and hiring managers coordinate interviews and contract signing
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs
