As a Human Resource Intern, you will manage full-cycle (Human Resources) recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate management. Look forward to a fun yet fulfilling internship experience!

Job Description

Responsibilities:

As part of the internship program, you will be exposed to the corporate role in Talent Acquisition and Human Resource.

• Support the recruitment cycle for Temporary & Contract positions across various industries

• Source and shortlist candidates and match candidates to suitable openings in the market

• Conduct phone screening and interviews with job applicants to understand career expectations

• Able to handle the whole recruitment cycle, up to contract offer and candidate management

• Closely collaborate within & across teams to successfully place out candidates and help our clients succeed in their business

• To support HR function on projects when required

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in any discipline

• People-oriented individual & Team player

• Keen to gain valuable corporate work experience in HR field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and manage stakeholders

• Passion to contribute and positively impact the organisation
